J. E. Hefner Company is a General Contracting company that was started in 1997. We are a Kansas City-based business doing commercial rebuild and new building work in both Kansas and Missouri. Currently the majority of our business is with McDonald's Corporation and we also accept other opportunities.

The McDonald’s located at 7 hwy and Mock Ave in Blue Springs, MO was open for business on November 25th. 

McDonald’s and McCamm Management have decided to teardown and rebuild the McDonald’s located at I-70 and 7 Hwy in Blue Springs.  The doors will close on August 16th and demo is to begin August 18th.  The projected re-opening date is November 19th.

J.E. Hefner Company has broke ground at 900 NE Langsford Rd., Lee’s Summit, MO.  At this location J.E. Hefner will be removing an existing building and replacing it with a new McDonald’s.  The on-site Superintendent is Micah Hefner.

J.E. Hefner in a commitment to expand it’s communication with it’s customers has signed a deal with Edwards Design LLC to develop an interactive website that will assist it’s customers with tracking the progress of their projects.
